Private Nurse/Caregiver

Job Summary

A compassionate private nurse / caregiver provides personalized support to individuals with special needs (down syndrome), assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

• Key Responsibilities

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Health and Medication: Administer medications, assist with therapy exercises, and monitor health changes.

Daily Living Support: Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with transportation.

Behavioral Support: Implement behavior management strategies, provide emotional support, and encourage participation in activities.Individualized Care: Develop and follow personalized care plans, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with family and healthcare providers.

• Safety and Advocacy: Ensure a safe environment, advocate for the individual's needs, and educate family members.

• Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification preferred.

• Experience with individuals with special needs.

Strong understanding of specific disabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to assist with mobility.

• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.

Stay in San Juan, City.

• May require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php15,
