Conduct Client Suitability Assessment (CSA) prior the formulation of the Investment Policy Statements (IPS) for clients;
Regularly meet with clients for relevant updates, and to explain / expound on Private Banking products and services being offered;
Monitor the performance of client portfolios and update clients based on corresponding results of periodic account reviews and analyses;
Train and orient the Bank's Relationship Managers on current and allowable Private Banking products and services; and
Coordinate with Portfolio Managers in placing investible funds of various trust accounts in accredited investment outlets to maximize investment opportunities for Private Banking clients
Compose regular market reviews and outlook pieces;
Provide support to product development and product enhancement efforts;
Secure any Letter of Instructions required / necessary from the client to execute investment transactions.
Provide analytical support in developing investment policies and guidelines (e.g. asset allocation, active/passive mix and performance attribution);
Assist in running asset allocation scenarios to determine optimal portfolio diversification;
Work with other marketing and sales channels on providing fund/market information to support the sales and marketing effort, e.g. overall investment style, key strategy points, etc.
Provide ad hoc support to product development efforts and projects involving enhancements to current front office procedures.
