Prior Authorization CSR ( Healthcare BPO | Double Dragon, Pasay )

Accesshealthcare is looking for Medical allied Graduates to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining prior authorization for medical services, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be a Graduate of the following Medical Allied Courses:

• Nursing

Radiologic Technology

• Pharmacy

Nutrition and Dietetics

• BS Psychology

Medical Technology

• Biology o Medical Technology

Physical Therapy

• Midwifery

Biology

• Occupational Therapy

Respiratory Therapy

• Tasks:

Initiating the authorization process through OUTBOUND VOICE CALLS as soon as providers order medical services like:

• Imaging orders

Inpatient and Outpatient Surgeries

• Medical procedures

Prescription drugs

• Physical and Occupational Therapy referrals

PCP to Specialist referrals
