PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for machinery and equipment.
- 2. Performing routine inspections and evaluations to identify potential issues or signs of wear and tear.
3. Conducting regular cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- 4. Replacing or repairing worn or faulty parts before they lead to major equipment failures.
5. Keeping detailed records of preventive maintenance activities, including dates, tasks performed, and any issues identified.- 6. Collaborating with production and maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize preventive maintenance tasks.
7. Monitoring and analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends and optimize preventive maintenance schedules.
- 8. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing preventive maintenance activities.
9. Ordering and managing inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for preventive maintenance.- 10. Training and supervising other maintenance technicians or machine operators on preventive maintenance procedures and best practices.
