We are looking for a Premium Accounts/ Chat and Call Support professional to join our team in Makati. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our premium account customers through chat and call channels. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium level customer support through chat and call channels
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-9 years of experience in customer support or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and chat/call support systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
