Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Guidance and Counseling.
Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills are a must.- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
The key accountabilities are the following:- Writes incident reports and submits to the Chief Spiritual Formation Department, and other relevant departments
Communicates with parents regarding discipline
- Makes referrals to the Guidance Team for counseling and follow-up
Maintains records of disciplinary and academic cases- Conducts briefing for the Learner Handbook's content to relevant staff members
Ad hoc projects as required
