Job Description- Master and implement the lesson plan and activities provided by the school
- Conduct effectively daily classes
- Develop and implement supplemental activities that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children
- Create a warm, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes positive interactions among children
- Observe and assess the progress of each child and communicate as needed with parents regarding their child's development
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and implement special events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, and ensure that all materials and equipment are in good working condition
- Attend meetings, PTCs, and participate in trainings and other professional and personal development opportunities
- Adhere to all school policies, health and safety regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related field
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and caregivers
- Creativity, flexibility and adaptability in developing and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledgeable in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when working with young children
- Must be fully vaccinated, willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon City
- Full time, 8am 5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
- Approximate start date: mid-end June 2023
