Job SummaryAs a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales phase of our products and services. Your primary focus will be on understanding our clients needs and offering the best solutions to meet their requirements.
- Key Responsibilities/Duties
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our Cloud PABX and Voice Solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales phase, addressing any technical queries or concerns from clients.- Develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer.
Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and updates of our Cloud PABX and Voice Solutions.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including technical presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform the sales team and contribute to the development of sales strategies.- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.
Provide post-sales technical support to clients as needed.
Internal: Sales, Business Development, Technology, Procurement, Finance
External: Business partners, clients, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Presales Engineer or in a similar technical role.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Cloud PABX and Voice Solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service orientation.
Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events.
