About The Role
The Senior Account Manager serves as the key point of contact for day-to-day management as well as development, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns for current and new clients. The position will be responsible for assisting with the conceptualization, implementation, and management of client campaigns, coordinating client activities and liaison with other team members of the agency in order to exceed client expectations.
What You'll Do
- Account Management and Operations
- Handles day to day administration of accounts in coordination with the Project Manager (contact reports, cost estimates, records management) under the direct supervision of an Account Director/Sr. Account Director;
- End-to-end account management: together with supervisor, co-develops, presents and implements client campaigns to include editorial development/writing, content briefs for different content formats (editorial, video, social posts), creative and strategy coordination, media and influencer insighting, event and activation planning and management, coordination with third parties as may be required, campaign reports.
- Ensures timeliness execution of work
- Understands customers requirements in functional as well as business aspects to qualify and close any sales opportunities
- Generate campaign/project proposals, pricing
- Maintains relationship with key individuals (project owners) at middle management levels of client organization
- Develops a thorough understanding of brands
- Supports clients dependent on revenue size and project complexity
- Ensures seamless execution of client campaigns, prioritizes resources and keeps Account Director/Sr.Account Director and other groups well informed of progress and changes
- Participates in interactive strategy development with the Strategy Team
- Manages customer satisfaction evaluation process and achieve 90% satisfaction rating
- Adheres to company guidelines such as timely completion of time sheets, accurate revenue forecasts, and achieving average utilization of 90% or better
- Document Ownership
- Support creation of TSFs/Job Orders and support generation of cost estimates
- Oversees the timely production of clear, concise written documentation for project deliverables
- Ensures timely documentation of contact reports (within 24/48 hours)
