Job Title: PR & Marketing Head
Work Location: Poblacion, Makati
Work Schedule: Requires evenings and weekend work
Salary: 60k plus quarterly bonus if top line revenues are met
The Head of Marketing and PR will lead our marketing and public relations efforts to elevate our
brand presence, drive customer engagement, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences. This role
requires a passion for the wine industry, strong leadership skills, and an ability to create and
execute innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will also collaborate effectively with
our external marketing agency to enhance our marketing efforts.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on brand awareness, market engagement, and revenue growth.
Ensure a consistent and effective brand message across all channels. Oversee the
development of promotional materials, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Analyze digital marketing data to guide strategy adjustments.
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and community leaders to enhance the business's profile and public image. Handle press releases, media inquiries, and public events.
Plan and execute events that promote the wine bar and shop, including tastings, launches, and partnership events.
Work closely with the brand's marketing agency to ensure marketing strategies and campaigns are effectively executed and aligned with brand goals.
Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities. Adjust marketing strategies based on findings.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the hospitality or beverage industry
Strong understanding of wine, wine market and associated industries
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics
and content management systems
Experience collaborating with marketing agencies
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Enhance customer experience and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns,
