Integrated Marketing Communications PR and Corporate Communications Lead
Purpose of the position: To lead the strategy development and execution of PR & Corporate Communication plans aligned with the overall marketing objectives and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-create the PR brief with the brand team, cascade to relevant agencies, drive the progress and provide status update to the IMC Head and Brand Managers.
- Single point of Contact (SPOC) of PR-related agencies as well as direct media partner and works closely with them to strategize, develop and implement PR plans for PPG brands based on aligned objectives and KPIs, with minimal supervision from the IMC Head.
- Tracks the delivery and performance of PR executions on a regular basis and be able to optimize the plan to improve output and/or hit the target.
- Leads the development, implementation and management of Corporate Communication plans, Corporate Brand-building initiatives and during crisis situations.
- Company representative to Media and PR related events and activities, and responsible for cascading relevant information and learnings to key members of the Marketing Department SPOC and overall lead for PR & Corporate Communications plan development and implementation, whether for brand or corporate initiatives.
- Priority is to focus on driving effective and efficient brand-building communications to our target audience, both external and internal.
- Should be looped in in all Media and PR related executions, whether local (specific Areas) or national (total PH)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a PR Agency, Marketing or relevant field
- Preferably with experience working on Branded and PR Campaigns; managed Corporate Communications
- PR and Corporate communications principles & trends; Best practices and Innovations on Communications; Data-driven in sighting; Public Relations Management including Crisis Management
- Strong Project management & Communication skills
- Results-driven and detail-oriented
- Preferably with experience on PR & Corporate Communications Planning, Crisis Management and Corporate Equity-building initiatives
- Concise and clear communicator with written and oral communications skills in English and Filipino
Work Arrangement:
- Full-time, Onsite
- 5-6 day's workweek arrangement
- Willing to be assigned in the company's head office in Makati City.
