The PPT Officer manages business development efforts and profitability of existing contracted accounts within the prescribed territory.
Position in Detail:
- The incumbent oversees pay per treatment accounts, profitability, service levels, and AR management.
- The role will lead business development efforts, opportunity seeking, development of PPT or contracted accounts, and direct accounts directly purchasing machines and consumables.
- The role also manages the PPT++ accounts as deemed appropriate, in the areas of patient management, inventory monitoring, cash and billing review/monitoring, clinic fixed assets custodianship, records management, clinic cost center profitability, and compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g. Department of Health), FMC compliance and internal control policies.
Qualifications, Experience, and characteristics required:
With a Bachelors degree or equivalent is required with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant sales management experience preferably in the medical device, diagnostics, and/or healthcare industry.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for communication and peer education.
The candidate should have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
With distributor management experience preferred.
With a solid track record of people/team management and the ability to cultivate winning sales capabilities.
