Responsible in planning and preparation of production orders (PO) for production line.
Monitors actual production output to ensure that requested POP are produces on time as per plan.
Ensures that planned production is aligned to available resources, capacity capability and delivery lead time.
Regularly monitors F2m data for effective replenishment of finished goods.
Maintains consistent stock of inventory, whether low or high demand.
Checks and monitors inventory of FG in actual and in SAP system.
Ensures that all materials needed in drawer operations are available upon request whether made to order and made to stock items prior to production scheduling.
Encodes and monitors orders received and released.
Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
Assist with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
Monitors drawer warehouseman activities.
Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
