PPC Specialist

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a PPC Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and refining ad campaigns to drive performance. You'll monitor metrics closely, adjust campaigns accordingly, and handle administrative tasks like setting up tracking tags. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with various teams, receive mentorship, and contribute to the growth of multiple beauty brands.

The Schedule:

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

The Role:

• Develop and optimize paid search ad campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
• Execute daily optimizations on paid ad campaigns across search platforms to maximize profitability.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as budget pacing, CPA, CVR, and CAC to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Manage administrative tasks including Google Tags setup and UTM tracking for accurate campaign analysis.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and assist in validation and optimization testing as per client directives.

The Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, encompassing both Search and Display networks.
• Proficiency in navigating and utilizing Google Analytics for campaign analysis and insights.
• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.

The Compensation:

• ₱55,000 to ₱80,000/month
