Power BI Analyst

Work Setup:

Monday to Friday

Everyday onsite Makati office

6:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Job Summary:

As a Power BI Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, create visualizations, and ensure data accuracy. Your role will also involve utilizing Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and other MS applications to streamline data collection and automate workflows.

• Key Responsibilities:

Report Development: Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.

Data Integration: Connect to various data sources, perform data transformations, and ensure data integrity.Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Visualization: Design and implement data visualizations that effectively communicate insights.

MS Forms: Develop and manage forms for data collection and feedback purposes.

Power Automate: Create and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data models, and data connections.

• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of report development processes, data models, and workflows.

Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and other MS applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data availability and accuracy.

• Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or similar role.

• Experience with Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and other MS applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.

• Experience with SQL and other data query languages.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).

• Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques.

Certification in Power BI or related areas.
