POS Implementation Consultant
- Work Setup: Remote (must be willing to do client visits when needed
- Work Schedule: Day Shift
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Techno Functional role as Application Consultant in the implementation & Support the company solutions.
- Conduct and document requirement study
- Configuration & set up of solutions.
- Perform End User Training and support in the Rollout
- Support the customer during the implementation, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
- Work on a Customization project involving design and solutions. Testing of application and delivery
- Verify and provide resolution of customer support issues/incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS:- With at least 3 to 5+ years of experience in a software development company or part of a Customer IT team.
- He/she should have worked on POS and/or ERP software and must be genuinely technically functional, with some development experience preferred.
- With knowledge of POS hardware and peripherals like printers, scanners, and card readers (Advantage)
- Should have an understanding of the Supply Chain process and local statutory requirements
- Should be able to write and validate database queries, and execute profiler and Microsoft tools.
