• JOB DESCRIPTION

Service Request Fulfilment: Deploy, replace, check, reprogram, and provide other services per customer specifications within agreed timelines.

Testing and Calibration: Ensure installed equipment functions correctly through testing and calibration.Merchant Training: Train merchants on terminal functionality, care, and security.

• Troubleshooting: Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.

On-Site Support: Provide technical assistance on-site, promptly resolving customer concerns.

Communication: Maintain clear updates for customers on service status.Service Reports: Complete detailed field service and related reports.

• Submission of Reports: Ensure timely submission of all required reports.

Expense Liquidation: Follow policies for timely field expense reimbursement.

Inventory Management: Account for all company assets during field assignments.Others: Attend scheduled trainings and meetings as required.

• JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Has completed any technical-vocational courses/college undergraduate.

• College graduate in any technical courses is an advantage.

Computer savvy (computer troubleshooting, adequate knowledge in windows Applications.)

Has experience or a background in providing good customer service is a plus.Open to work on flexible, on-call hours

• Has a motorcycle, updated driver's license, and ORCR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14,
