- E-Guardian Philippines Inc. seeks a talented bilingual fluent in English and Portuguese, to provide the best customer experience to clients of an automobile e-commerce project. Apart from being a prolific linguist, the best person for this role is one who is easily reliable, disciplined, and service-oriented, can effortlessly work with a team as well as independently, hungry for learning new things, and flexible to survive a fast-paced start-up environment. A keenness for Japanese culture, social media and all things internet are a plus.
- GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support across available platforms (chat, phone, and email) to Portuguese-speaking customers- Consistently meet client service level agreements (SLA) as individual and within a team
Perform other related duties including monitoring, data entry, mentoring team members, etc. as required
- Report and escalate critical issues for prompt resolution
Has completed at least a second-year high school diploma or higher; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English languages (intermediate/ B2 level and above) in speaking, writing, and reading.
Work experience is not required- Must be interested in technology, internet, and social media
Foreign nationals in the Philippines with permanent residency visas are prioritized.
