Job Description Summary
As part of transactions management, the person will need to oversee the following Acquisitions, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Relocations, Lease Administration / Information Management.

About the Role:
- Provide analytical support on portfolio performance planning.
- Support liaison with local execution teams.
- Monitor portfolio performance and conduct budgeting and projections.
- Perform cashflow/investment analysis. Tracking of revenue pipeline and billing
- Prepare and develop relevant and applicable real-estate portfolio management reports - cost models, negotiation tracker, transaction term sheet, project authorization form, closeout checklist. Collation of market reports from local brokers as required.
About You
- Held previous role(s) with in business administration.
- Previous experience with building industry desirable.
- Solid understanding of corporate systems (eg: Workday, JDE, SAP, Engage2).
- Advanced competency with MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
- Intermediate competency with MS Excel.
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
