Policy Issuance plays a crucial role in Creation of policy document based on source documents
- Review and analyze the source documents for information accuracy
- Adherence to guidelines set by respective carriers
- Seek clarification in case if incorrect or missing information
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Strict adherence to turn around time
- Combine technical expertise, stakeholder management and a customer-centric approach to avoid E&O issues and timely completion and delivery of insurance policy
Primary Responsibilities
- Complete the assigned task with accuracy and efficiently
- Identify and highlight mismatches/discrepancies
- Timely action of the assigned task/prioritization of assigned tasks (e.g. RUSH or effective date order)
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop
- Develop keen understanding of carrier guidelines and SOPs
- Keep the queries at the minimum
- Foster and maintain a positive relationship with upstream and downstream teams Identify gaps and provide suggestions
