Job Summary:- Lead documentation activities on existing policies, processes and procedures of the Bank's operating units
Review policy/product/process proposals or initiate improvements to bring about cost reduction, better customer experience, increased productivity and/or improved operational efficiency.- Performs basic expanded Secretariat functions.

Documentation (Business Process Change)- Process / Work Flow Review (Special Projects)
Commitee Secretariat Functions
Graduate of any Business-related tertiary degree program
- Process improvement certification/s (e.g., Six Sigma) an advantage
With at least 3 years related experience in business writing and process management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Technical Writing
- Research; Evaluation and Analysis
Process improvement and operations management- Collaboration; Project Management
Change Management
- Kowledge of Regulatory Landscape
