Job Description

Job Summary:
  • Lead documentation activities on existing policies, processes and procedures of the Bank's operating units
Review policy/product/process proposals or initiate improvements to bring about cost reduction, better customer experience, increased productivity and/or improved operational efficiency.
  • Performs basic expanded Secretariat functions.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
Documentation (Business Process Change)
  • Process / Work Flow Review (Special Projects)
Commitee Secretariat Functions
  • Education:
Graduate of any Business-related tertiary degree program
  • Process improvement certification/s (e.g., Six Sigma) an advantage
  • Experience:
With at least 3 years related experience in business writing and process management, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Research; Evaluation and Analysis

  • Collaboration; Project Management

  • Kowledge of Regulatory Landscape

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Process Management: 3 years (Preferred)
