ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Internal Process and Policy Manager (Technical Writer) to join our team. As the Internal Process and Policy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal process documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, policies, and procedures for various departments
- Create clear and concise documentation that adheres to established guidelines and standards
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation- Review, revise, and update existing documentation as needed
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and track process changes and updates
Assist in training and onboarding employees on internal processes and policies- Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements
Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document complex processes and policies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the BPO industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BPO
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Experience with QuickBase and SharePoint.

Pay: Up to Php45,- 00 per month
