Strong leadership abilities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willing to work on a shifting basis
- Render OT weekdays and weekends if required
Monitoring of SRC Assembly, Injection Molding equipment and machineries parameters and condition and ensures that equipment are within specifications otherwise provides corrective action with verification from Production Engineer.
- Machine Specifications and Condition Sheets provided that there is a verification by the PME Engineer.
Machine Standard Operating Procedure, Function Block, Standard Book, Check sheet and work instructions- Performs troubleshooting and repair of SRC Assembly, Injection, Lamination, Stamping, BSS Line that fails/breakdown on his shift.
Assist and can initiate in making TPM analysis such as 5 why analysis, Failure Analysis and Preventive Analysis to prevent equipment breakdown.
