JOB SUMMARY :A. Pipe Installation and HVAC Systems Monitoring
Responsible for installing pipes and tubes attention to existing infrastructures, blueprints and drawing to achieve the specifications in plan to actual implementation
Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems.
Follows established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.,
Installs and repairs pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures and plumbing system equipment such as sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.,
Assembles, installs, maintains and pressure test all pipes and fixtures of heating water drainage sprinkler and gas systems per specifications and plumbing codes.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
B. Pipe Installation and HVAC Systems Monitoring
Responsible for checking possible truck problems and helps in maintenance supports in order to ensure that vehicles capabilities on or before the delivery.
Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
2Maintains accurate records on materials and labor used.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
