Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and customize Airtable bases tailored to our specific needs
- Create automated workflows using Airtable's automation features and integrations
- Develop dashboards and reports using interfaces to provide insights
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new features
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Airtable configurations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure Airtable solutions align with overall business goals
- Any related processes required by the client
- Quality & Information Security Management
- Adhere to and implement Infinit-O's quality and information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly
- Protect client-supplied and generated for client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification,destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses)
- Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related to information security
- Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior
- Assist Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects
Requirements
Essential (Must Have)
- BA/BSin Computer Science or related fields is preferred. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered
- 3+ years in IT in experience developing and implementing Airtable projects or similar tools
- Proven experience as an Airtable engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of Airtable features, including views, forms, formulas, deep understanding + comfortable using all fieldt ypes, automations, and integrations
- Ability to translate business needs into effective Airtable solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools and collaborative software
Desired (Plus but not a requirement)
- Experience working for a Financial Service firm is a plus
