About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Platform Operations and Technical Support Associate to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Technical Support and Software Administration. This role involves operating, monitoring and providing technical support on the various software systems used in the company.

Primary Roles

Perform Software Administration and Operations of the various software systems across the company both in-house developed software as well as 3rd party software. This includes account management, configuration management, administrative tasks and other related tasks.
Perform Software Monitoring to ensure uptime and SLA of all the software systems are met.
Provide Level 1 Technical Support to the users of the various software systems.
Create reports on Software Uptime and SLA compliance of the software systems.
Report software bugs (functional, performance and reliability) to the QA team.
Ideate and contribute to possible new features of the various software systems.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:


Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Software Technical Support
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Software Administration or Operations or similar role.
Hands-on experience with administering software systems including tasks such as account creation, systems monitoring, restarting servers, etc.
Nice to have: relevant or similar experience handling ERP, CRM, Accounting Software, Ticketing System, HRIS, ATS, and Project Management tools

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
Analytical thinking and ability to learn about systems and tools features expediently.

Soft Skills:


Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
