Job Description
- Assists Repair Technician on hard trouble problems.
- Communicates daily with SubconsPlatform for any component abnormality.
- Provides technical support when needed and shares technical know-how based on experience.
- Coordinates with production support group for product quality improvement.
- Interface with customer Engineering team to resolve problems on In-Circuit and Functional/Final
testing.
- Works with Continuous Improvement team to update software/hardware for improved test and
product quality.
- Works with team of Process Engineering to improve test processes for better factory and field
quality.
- Identifies and resolves test-related defects to reduce defects per unit (DPU).
- Performs other duties and tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
