As a Platform Engineer within our DevSecOps team, you'll play a key role in driving secure, efficient, and automated development processes across our organization. Your work will enable development teams to deploy fast and securely, helping us deliver exceptional digital experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines that ensure efficient and consistent delivery across our technology landscape.
- Collaborate with various business units to align on tools and processes, supporting development teams with the resources needed for timely, secure deployments.
- Implement robust security tools within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal security protocols.
- Track and analyze DevSecOps metrics across projects to proactively identify improvement areas and streamline workflows.
- Partner closely with DevSecOps & Microservices leadership to embed continuous improvement practices into every stage of development.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in CI/CD pipeline management (GitLab CI experience preferred).
- 3+ years experience with containerization (Docker/Podman) and orchestration technologies (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
- 3+ years experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS, in secure, scalable deployments.
- Proven experience in integrating security tools within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in supporting different tech stacks, including Java, Node.js, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-layered systems.
