Oversee efficient plant operations related to production and scheduling.- Manage the schedule and performance of production.
Ensure the plant maintains proper stock inventories by managing the stock of all raw materials aggregates, cement, and additive.
- Supervise the personnel, equipment operators, driver and other staff. This includes training, directing, counseling and disciplining employees according to company policy.
Present the daily general production report of the batching plant.- Work with project engineers to ensure accuracy in concrete production.
Conduct a daily safety meeting to address the operating and maintenance hazards
