Job Responsibilities:- Plan, organized, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure that customer's demands and expectations will be met
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets- Increase production, Assets Capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
Set and monitor operational budgets and control operational expenditures effectively
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering courses related, BSBA major in Operations Management or equivalent.- At least 2 years+ of experience as Plant Supervisor.
Familiar in Distribution/Retail Industry.
