- Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs in the organization.
- Ensures compliance of employees to PPE Policies and Programs.
- Administers first aid treatment and take blood pressure of employees.
- Conduct inventory of medicines and other medical supplies monthly.
- Secure and ensure employees fit to work certificate.
- Interprets and evaluates diagnostics based on the verification of medical certificate.
- Conducts physical examination for those employees with findings in APE result.
- Provide health teaching using paper advertisement.
- Assists doctors every duty, if needed.
- Ensures compliance and submission of related documentation to dole such as annual exposure data report, accident/ illness report, annual medical report, work accidents, and other related reports.
- Conducts wellness orientations and programs.
- Assists in all HR activities, programs and/ or events.
- Performs other tasks as maybe assigned.
