Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to join our team as a Plant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the plastic industry. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.
  • Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) from a reputable college or university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic industry.
Expert knowledge in plant administration and management, production and processing, and mechanical aspects including machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to create accountability and lead by example.
Strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, processing, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards.
Lead and manage plant staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient use of plant equipment and resources.
Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve plant performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including upper management, staff, and external parties.
Prepare and submit regular reports on plant performance and improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,
  • 00 - Php100,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Marilao, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Manufacturing: 6 years (Required)

License/Certification:


ME or EE License (Required)
