PLANT MANAGERWill be responsible for overseeing plant operations such as managing Materials Supply Department (MSD), Production (Sub Assembly and Mainline), Quality Control, Warehouse, Admin, Manning and, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, and overseeing the overall performance of the plant.
Bachelor's College Degree, licensed in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
- Plant Management and Operations Management skills
At least 5-10 years experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations- Knowledge in Motorcycle Industry and related field is an advantage.
Ensure strict and consistent implementation of Plant Policies and Procedures- Establish efficient production strategies to maximize resources and ensure quality of products
Ensure sufficient level of inventory and timely delivery of Motorcycle Units for distribution on a nationwide scale
- Provide new product review and specification in collaboration with the Service Specialist and Suppliers
Ensure that production related issues are addressed and strengthen quality control- Perform Headcount Appraisal and recommend development program to improve and retain talents
Update the Management on progress and accomplishments based on set Key Result Area (KRAs)
- Establish dashboard to measure Plant efficiency and report on progress
Meet with department and regional managers on necessary support for plant strategies and updates
