JOB SUMMARY- Assist Plant Supervisor in the development and updates of standards; cycle time, work instruction, policies and procedure.
Assist the implementation of quality management system.- Assist in taking plant capacity, time standards, productivity, efficiency and quality control.
Prepare reports on production line efficiency and performance.
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent .
- With at least 3 years relevant work expertise.
Must be proficient in MS Office.- With costing and planning experience.
Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Collaborates with Plant IE Supervisor in the development of standards like cycle time and procedures.
- Assist in computation, monitoring and analysis of plant capacity, efficiency, productivity and other plant performance metrics.
Monitors production line efficiency and performances.- Designs effective plant, line and workstation layouts that promote efficient, safe and conducive work environment.
Performs all other duties necessary to achieve Department goals and objectives.
