Bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, particularly with medium to large infrastructure projects such as hydroelectric power plants, wind farms, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.- Operational Expertise: Have significant experience in:
Organizing the department to meet organizational demands.
- Ensuring plant facilities and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
Implementing maintenance programs and overseeing equipment operations at project sites.- Monitoring equipment status and deployment.
Identifying areas for improvement in plant facilities.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Providing training and mentorship to department personnel.
