Job Description Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Planning /Scheduler Control Manager with a proven track record who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and progress tracking of construction projects from inception to completion as per Contract or Client Requirements. And translate the scope of work of the project into activities and prepare and update project progress reports.

About the Role:
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS) using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Prepare integrated schedule (L2/L3/L4 WBS) in primavera or MS Project. Update and re-baseline the schedule based on inputs. Highlight the critical path and generate the critical path report.
- To supervise and execute Projects efficiently, effectively and track progress, time, cost, for the project as per schedule. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and delays and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolving cross-functional issues at project level. Resource Planning & Control, Productivity Analysis. Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and architects to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Schedule crashing and fast tracking as per requirement. Generate Progress S Curve, Cost Consumption S Curve, Delay Analysis Report, Catch-up plan, 30 days look ahead report, Milestone reporting, Risk log and risk mitigation report, Schedule and cost overrun report, if applicable.
About You:
- Postgraduate in Construction Management with Civil Engineering/Architecture.
- Proficiency with planning and scheduling software like MS Project / Primavera software. Knowledge of PMP certification process.
- Similar experience or role in the construction industry. Technical awareness of Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Architectural works. Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
