_Responsible in establishing and implementing an effective maintenance system in ensuring that all equipment will function based on their purpose and attainable efficiencies_
- Plans and prepares the following to ensure effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance program:
a. Budget
b. Maintenance activities and schedule
c. Inspection and monitoring
d. Lubrication
e. Calibration
f. Spare parts Stock inventory and Run Hours
g. Machine Availability
- Provides Material Specification Data Sheet
- Conducts inspection and monitoring of machines and spare parts during maintenance and installation activities
- Creates the following:
Utilities and production equipment Manual
Machine Manual for newly purchased machines
- Monitors and analyzes maintenance reports
- Prepares Manual Schedule of Preventive Maintenance
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
License is an advantage- At least two (2) years working experience in the same field and capacity, preferably with background in food manufacturing industry
Experience/exposure to maintenance engineering and electromechanical works
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
