Responsible for analytical reports related to Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP (includes Capacity Planning and Inventory Management). Report highlights/escalation for any potential supply disruption related to Sales Order or Production order.
- Acknowledge receipt of MMF (to include 12 months forecast - demand plan).
- Assist in the preparation of Supply Plan (monthly bucket for 12 months) in adherence with budget, demand plan, available capacity, and materials requirements.
- Assist Planning Supervisor in conducting Supply Planning Meeting with Operations team to identify bottlenecks/issues and define commitment.
- Helps prepare Production Schedule update and Materials Requirement Plan (8 weeks coverage based on available production order).
- Provide copy of production schedule to production, technical, QA and HR for resource planning (labor/manhours, utility, etc.)
- Create production order and purchase order (related to materials requirement plan) in AX Dynamics system.
