The
Corporate Planning & Governance Vice President supports the Top Management in developing business objectives and targets. Analyze, design, plan, review and maintain the necessary systems structures and processes to meet business needs in line with the company policy, guidance and best practices. The role will oversee end-to end audit operations and alignment to and implementation of the Corporate Internal Audit's directions and initiatives. This role will also be responsible for building and advancing the skills and capabilities of the audit team to execute more impactful, complex and advanced audit projects to anticipate and address emerging risks such as e-commerce. Is also responsible for the establishment and implementation of the Quality/Environment Management System/SS within the organization. Responsible to develop a Risk Management System Program and ensure the risk identified is being addressed for business continuity. Coordinate with all departments to ensure awareness of the full and continuous implementation of the system.
- Support Top Management in developing the corporate goals
Ensure that plans are implemented and monitor its result- Report to the President/CEO the goal and target achievement status
Ensure that any changes to the plan is clearly communicated to department subordinates and department heads
- Evaluate the result of identified risk that could impede the reputation, safety, security or financial success of the organization
Establish and maintain a quality assurance and improvement program to ensure compliance consistency and quality in the internal audit function's operations- Ensure that data are analyzed based on facts for proper analysis
Ensure that any changes to the business process are managed and reviewed
- Ensure that problems are address without any delay and discuss to concerned department heads
Minimum of 5-10 years working experience in Executive or Managerial Level
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration/Management/Economics/Finance/Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science/Information Systems
- Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 8am - 5pm
- Work Location: Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
Excellent in oral and written communications skills and proven ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and external parties
- A high level of personal integrity, as the role may require the handling and management of information related to sensitive (such as personnel related) or business confidential topics, internally and externally
A strong background in managing real estate company- Experience and knowledgeable in Quality Management Systems, Risk Management and Financial Planning
High level of auditing skills
