Join our dedicated engineering team in delivering complex projects across the mining, oil & gas, and renewables sectors. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Planning Engineer to assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure successful project delivery in line with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules and programs using Primavera P
Provide planning and scheduling advice to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to manage project deliverables and timelines effectively.
Conduct risk assessments, manage delays, and process change requests to mitigate impacts on schedules.
Maintain cost control and transparency across projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Update and communicate project progress to stakeholders, including weekly updates and analysis.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a project planner or scheduler, preferably in construction, mining, oil & gas, or renewables industries.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Demonstrated ability in strategic project planning contributing to project success.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of occupational health & safety principles with a good safety record.
Experience in utilities, construction, or resources industry is preferred.
Familiarity with Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications, and Renewable Energy infrastructure.
Skilled in delay analysis is advantageous.
Must be willing to report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
