- Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines considering all project phases and milestones
- Analyze project requirements, scopes, and objectives to determine resource allocation and task sequencing
- Collaborate with project teams to create feasible construction strategies and methodologies
- Monitor and update project schedules, identifying potential delays and recommending mitigation strategies
- Evaluate the impact of changes or deviations from the original project plan and adjust schedules accordingly
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on project schedules, progress, and any anticipated challenges
- Utilize construction management software and tools to facilitate efficient planning and reporting
- Implement best practices to improve scheduling accuracy and project efficiency
