Dough Handling:
- Roll, stretch, and shape dough to the desired thickness and size.
Create a variety of crust types as needed (e.g., thin, thick, stuffed).
Spread sauce evenly over the dough.- Arrange toppings in the correct order and in the right quantities.
Cooking:- Monitor pizza baking to achieve the desired crust and topping doneness.
Rotate pizzas in the oven to ensure even cooking.
Recipe Adherence:
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines precisely.
Maintain consistency in taste and appearance.
* Ensure pizzas are visually appealing and meet the establishment's standards.
- Cut and box or plate pizzas neatly.
