Bachelor's degree in any course related to Information Technology
At least 2-3 years of work experience related and focused on Software Quality Assurance, Software User Acceptance, Testing, System Documentation
Working knowledge about any programming language, database, & server application solutions.
Working knowledge of basic IT support services such as: Software and Applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).
Basic Networking Skills.
Working knowledge on basic programming and internet tools (e.g. Web Browsing, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS).
