Position: Full-stack Developer/Sr. Php Developer
Location: Manila, Philippines
Work Hours: 9 am-6 pm / 10 am-7 pm Manila Time
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full-stack Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of our products. You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and create a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
-Lead projects with strong project management skills.
-Make informed technical decisions, considering trade-offs.
-Identify and resolve poor code, prioritizing security and scalability.
-Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
-Provide occasional on-site client support.
-Document code, systems, and testing thoroughly.
-Develop fully-fledged platforms using various technologies.
-Contribute to the entire product development lifecycle.
-Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code for front-end and back-end development.
Qualifications and Skills:
-4-5 years of full-stack development experience.
-Proficiency in front-end and back-end languages.
-Strong knowledge of PHP, NodeJS, and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Vue).
-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
-Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (Apache), and UI/UX design.
-Proven expertise in testing and debugging.
-Eye for layout aesthetics.
-Analytical mindset and excellent time management.
-Effective communication and problem-solving.
-Curiosity for new technologies and implementing them.
-Experience in coaching and driving projects forward.
