Position Overview:
We are in search of a talented Photographer / Videographer to join our team and assist in capturing stunning images and videos of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that highlights the unique features and qualities of each property, attracting potential buyers and tenants. Additionally, the individual should possess editing skills to enhance the visual appeal of the content.
Responsibilities:
- Photograph and/or film properties, including interior and exterior shots, to showcase their best features.
Ensure high-quality, visually appealing images and videos that align with the OV Realty Group brand standards.- Edit and retouch photos/videos as needed to enhance their visual appeal and accuracy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute photo and video shoots for various properties and campaigns.
- Maintain and organize a library of property photos and videos for easy access and retrieval.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate photography and videography.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in photography/videography techniques, equipment, and editing software.
- Strong eye for detail and composition, with a keen understanding of lighting and visual aesthetics.
Ability to edit photos/videos effectively to enhance their visual appeal.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative mindset and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional visual content.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
