PHILANTHROPY AND PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER
Core Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with potential corporate partners and high net worth individuals (HNIs) and convert the same as donors for the organization
Maintain meaningful relationships with existing corporate partners and HNI donors to ensure sustained support for the programs of the organization- Implement various activities to encourage more donors to support the programs of the organization
Coordinate with various program locations (Children's Villages) and the Program Development Department to identify and communicate with current and potential donors particular funding requirements
- Prepare various materials to properly communicate to potential partners the particular needs of the organization's programs
Coordinate with various program locations any employee volunteering activities- Participate in formulation and execution of various fund development strategies
Minimum Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree holder
1-2 years experience in Sales, Fundraising, or related roles
- Excellent in written and oral communication
Able to develop various strategies to reach target funding- Experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an advantage
