Key Responsibilities:Medical Supply Arrangement Services:
- To manage the timely and accurate delivery of Medical Supplies services to clients in their location/s (from the
receipt of a Quotation Request, Procurement, Oversee delivery, up to Invoicing)
- Ensure that all items ordered conform to the Group or Regional Standard List or per client's requirement. Any
purchase outside the Group or Country Standard List is to be escalated to MedSupply Services Manager, Asia
& SEA, for review.
- To comply to GAPP, Group Standards on Process and Procedures, Business Rules for Medical Supply
Arrangement Services and new procedures implemented from time to time in delivering the Medical Supply
Arrangement Services
Supplier Management:
- To source and identify suitable supplier/s providing best pricing for our clients
To contract with suitable supplier/s and manage the quality of services.- To carry out the appropriate credentialing / audits on supplier/s annually
To ensure prompt provider payment to supplier/s upon fulfillment of the order per agreement terms
- To maintain accurate tracking processes for all orders and monitoring of vendor/s service quality (Turnaround
time, Accuracy of orders. Product quality etc.)
- To build and maintain a positive working relationship with the suppliers.
Medical Equipment Calibration and Rental Services:
- To organize and oversee the management of Medical Equipment Calibration and/or Rental Services
Management:
- To provide accurate and timely monthly report on Medical Supply Arrangement Services activity of the
location
- To manage the services provided by the Global Shared Services to ensure accurate capture of cost and
timely invoicing to client upon completion of delivery.
- Review how to improve supply chain processes to increase efficiencies.

Other Duties:
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the functional/ line manager.
To work flexible hours as appropriate to the needs of the post.- To remain contactable for urgent, follow up outside of office hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php65,- 00 - Php85,000.00 per month
