- Customer Interaction: Answer customers queries and dispense medications and products swiftly, professionally, and with a smile.
Educate and & Advocate: Champion the use of generic medications, highlight their benefits, and encourage the switch from branded to generic options.
- Feedback Management: Note down customer suggestions or complaints, ensuring they are communicated to your superior for prompt action.
Collaboration
: When in doubt, consult Seek the pharmacist's advice for any unfamiliar topics or queries related to medicines and illnesses.Quality Check
: Regularly inspect medication storage areas, especially refrigerated units, to maintain our standard quality of medicines.Qualifications:
Education
: A minimum of Two (2) years of a Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Science, or a related field.Experience: 6-months in retail or /drugstore is a big plus, though not mandatory Sales experience Even better!
Basic computer proficiency- Professional demeanor in conduct and appearance.
Flexible, honest, hard-working, and laser-focused on stellar customer service
- Eager to learn Great! Be ready to undergo comprehensive Pharmacy Training.
