We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and diligent Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in healthcare delivery. Your daily responsibilities will include precise dispensing of prescriptions and over-the-counter products, offering counseling on appropriate medication usage, and preparing specialized medications. Additionally, you will oversee daily operations.
Accurately dispense prescriptions and OTC products, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.- Provide counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions with empathy and clarity.
Prepare specialized medications accurately and safely as required.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and workspace organization.
Responsible for implementing pharmacy sales plans- Monitors and analyzes sales performance
Develop an action plan to achieve sales budget and pharmacy profitability
- Ensure that customer service standards are met
Perform the necessary functions for online sales- Conduct training for pharmacy employees, motivates and monitors discipline
Participate in inventory counting and proposes an action plan to minimize losses
- Follow sanitary protocols
Communicate with the landlord

Pay: Php24,- 00 - Php27,000.00 per month
