Ensures all standard operating procedures of the company are carried out and implemented correctly.- Ensures all Pharmacy Assistants of the branch are aware of, understand and execute their job accordingly.
Dispenses medicines and act as the store cashier.
- Monitors the store stocks and inventory.
Ensures all store personnel are knowledgeable on the medicines they dispense.- Initiates patient counselling and explains medicines properly to customers .
Conducts regular evaluation on staff performance.
- Ensures cleanliness of the store at all times.
Facilitates scheduled store inventory and adjusts stock records based as needed.- Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with regards to regulatory tasks.
Analyses, proposes, and executes store marketing activities.
- Attends meetings as a store representative.
Efficiently leads the store to meet store sales quota requirements.- Ensures efficient and smooth medical missions in the branch.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
- Willing to be assigned in Maricaban, Pasay City.
